Shipping, Payment & Privacy
We like to keep things simple:

✓ We ship to all EU countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia and Spain. ✓ Free shipping from €250.
✓ Orders are packed and shipped 2–3 times per week, usually on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. We ship with Schenker. Delivery time is typically around 1 week from dispatch (depending on your country).
✓ Sometimes we’re out on adventures. Or simply relaxing by one of the forest lakes near our home. That means we might not pack orders every single day. So even if things usually move quickly, it might occasionally take a little longer. We believe in living a little too 🙂
✓ Unclaimed packages will be charged a €50 restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund. (An unclaimed package costs us more than that so its fair.)
✓ Payments are handled via Stripe (secure card payment). Your payment is encrypted and processed directly by Stripe – we never see or store your card details.
✓ You have a 30-day return window. If you’re not happy with your purchase, you’re welcome to return it within 30 days of receiving it for a refund or exchange. As the customer, you are responsible for covering return shipping costs and ensuring the package reaches us safely.

Items must be unused and in sellable condition for a full refund (otherwise, we risk ending up with a warehouse full of unsellable gear).
We issue refunds once we’ve received the returned items. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Need to return something after 30 days? That’s usually no problem – just get in touch and we’ll work something out.

We aim to be kind. Truly. We couldn’t live with ourselves if we ran a business that left people feeling disappointed. We want to make beautiful things that might inspire you to do the same. If we make a mistake, we’ll fix it. If something went wrong beyond our control, we’ll do what we can to set it right. Amazing service isn’t a buzzword to us – it’s how we naturally act. We’re just regular people with lives and responsibilities, but we’ll always do our best to make this world a slightly better and more pleasant place to be.
That said – we don’t waste energy on anyone trying to take advantage of us. (It’s happened once or twice over the years – but chances are that’s not you. 😊)
Privacy & Cookie Policy
We take good care of your data and don’t share it with anyone unauthorized. To run the store, we collect some information: we save your contact info in our customer database to recognize you for future orders and help with order history. No payment info is stored on our server – that’s handled securely by our payment providers.
We also receive anonymous data (via Google Analytics) from your browser, like IP address, software/hardware details, and which page you visited. We use Facebook Pixel too.
We promise not to spam you or do anything shady with your data. We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site and we will never sell or share it with third parties. After placing an order, you might get one follow-up email asking for a review a few months later. Otherwise, you’ll only hear from us if you subscribe to our newsletter – or when you come back to shop again.
