Shipping & Returns:

We keep it simple, like a walk through pines:

• Shipping: We ship to all of EU. Your hammock gear travels with Schenker (or sometimes Postnord) to any EU corner. Expect it in about a week, sometimes even more, depending on where you live. We pack with heart, usually on Mondays, Wednesdays, or Fridays, unless we’re out chasing the northern lights.
• Shipping fees: Free shipping from €250. Otherwise €20 flat rate shipping fee. This might change soon, we have to get started and see how what shipping actually costs us in different scenarios.
• Returns: Not quite right? Return your hammock gear within 30 days, unopened and ready for another. You cover return shipping, and we’ll refund the item’s cost when it’s back. Need help? Email [email protected]. Past 30 days? Let’s talk—we’re open.
• Uncollected Packages: If your hammock gear lingers unclaimed, we charge €50, deducted from your refund. The return will likely cost us more than that so we’re basically sharing the cost. So get your stuff 🙂

Privacy Policy (We like privacy here in the North..)

We guard your data like a wolf watches its pack, using strong tech and careful steps to keep it safe from harm or loss. Only our trusted few can access it. Which basically means Leon, the same person who designs the hammock, runs the store and replies to your email.

Our organisation numer is, 559157-8421; VAT number is SE559157842101, and we’re approved for F-tax, which means we’re a legal company with all the paperworks in order. Yay. Picture us as a small team, inspired by mossy trails and starry skies, here to bring you hammock bliss. That is, when we’re not out wandering the woods, which starts literally just outside our door.

What We Gather (Privacy Policy)

To send you hammocks and keep our shop humming, we collect a few essentials, like berries from a forest:

• Your Info: When you order, we save your name, email, and shipping address in our customer log. This lets us deliver your hammock and greet you again next time.
• Payment Flow: Payments glide through Stripe (and maybe Kustom, but we haven’t set that up yet), and we never see your card details—they’re safe with Stripe. Check their privacy policy.
• Forest Tracks: Google Analytics and a Facebook pixel pick up anonymous hints of your visit—IP address, browser, pages you linger on—to help us make our site as inviting as a meadow.
• Cookies: Like fireflies in a Nordic dusk, cookies keep your experience smooth and save your preferences. More on those below.

We only take what we need to share the hammock love, nothing more.
